Power
Trekking (or what can also be called Nordic
Walking) is a total body workout that allows
for tremendous fitness gains while reducing pressure

Trekking began as a summer training exercise
for serious cross country skiers. Fitness
walkers in Europe adopted Nordic Walking as a
low stress, time efficient, total body
workout. This form of exercise is now
